    Delivery Information

    1. Free local delivery upon purchasing over HK$ 500 after discount, except for remote areas, outer islands, and the products stated: "By SF - freight collect Only"#. Additional surcharges will be charged for some regions*.
    2. The goods will be delivered in about 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) after payment. Delivery time is from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
    3. Orders made after 4 pm on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday, 2-5 working days should be counted together from the week.
    4. Due to uncertain transportation routes, please do not specify a delivery time. 
    5. The product may be out of stock at any time; if the product is out of stock, you will be notified to arrange a refund or exchange for other products.
    6. The product may be out of stock even your order is accepted or paid online,     you will be notified to arrange a refund or exchange for other products.
    7. All product images are for reference only. The packaging may change at any time, please refer to the text description.
    8. Once the goods are sold, they will not be returned or exchanged except for quality issues. Henry Chemical Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final decision.

    - Will be shipped by SF Express and freight paid by the receiver. The shipping fee is charged by SF Express.
    - Such products are not applicable to the "Free shipping after purchase of $500" service. If the order exceeds $500, will send to the filled shipping address or SF Express code marked in the remarks column.
    - If purchase non-(By SF - freight collect Only) products in the same order and the amount of such products exceeds $500, the whole order will be enjoyed free delivery.
    - Please noted that if the customer rejects the delivery from SF Express (Freight collect), the paid goods will be forfeited and never ship again.
    *Surcharges will be charged for delivery in the following remote areas:
    Hong Kong Island: Shek O
    Kowloon and New Territories: all rural areas, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Lung Kwu Tan, Ta Kwu Ling, Lok Ma Chau, and Clear Water Bay Peninsula
    Outlying Islands: Outlying Islands, Tung Chung, Airport, Disney
    Delivery is not available in the following areas:
    Tai Mo Shan, Fei Ngo Shan, Guanyin Mountain, Discovery Bay, and All places where Closed Area Permit is required
